Explosion Proof Crane

An explosion proof crane is needed if you want to handle materials in a hazardous area where flammable materials such as alcohol, acetylene, propane, hydrogen and petrol will mix with the oxygen to form a potentially explosive mixture. Our explosion proof overhead cranes are designed on the basis of general purpose bridge cranes and in line with standards of GB3836.1-2000 and GB3836.2-2000. They feature reasonable structure, attractive appearance, excellent anti-explosion performance, etc. Using HB (BCD) and HBS (BMD) type explosion proof electric hoists, the bridge crane for chemical industry can carry a load of 1-10t. In addition, it comes with 7.5-22.5m span, A3-A5 duty and -25℃~+40℃ working environment.

Zhonggong explosion proof cranes have found wide application in factories, warehouses and stock grounds of chemical industry. They offer two operating methods, i.e. pendant or remote control and cabin control. The cabin comes in open and close type, and is installed at left or right side.
